Straightness Measurement
Proline Machine Geometry Measuring system.
Straightness Measurement with Lases is a high-precision method used to check the straightness of machine tool guideways, slides, and linear axes. It is widely used in CNC machines, CMMs, and precision manufacturing equipment.
Features:
- The T430 precision rotational laser emits a laser beam that rotates 360° around a horizontal or vertical axis. This creates a reference plane of light that serves as a highly accurate datum.
- It is Worlds first Self levelling, Self Aligning Rotational Laser source.
- The straightness measurement in both horizontal and vertical directions simultaneously with accuracy of 1 µ/m.
- Squareness Measurement with precision accuracy of < 5 µ/m.
- Flatness Measurement with precision: accuracy of +/- 2 µ/m.
- Parallelism Measurement with precision: accuracy of 5 µ/m.
- Laser distance meter for automatic measurement.
